Chicken Bake with Vegetables

Recipe
- 1 pkg (6 oz) Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Chicken
- 1⅔ cups water
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 1¼ lb)
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 can (10¾ oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- ⅓ cup Breakstone’s or Knudsen Sour Cream or milk
- Mix contents of Vegetable/Seasoning packet, Stuffing Crumbs and water; set aside.
- Place chicken in 13x9-inch baking dish or 2-quart casserole. Top with vegetables. Mix soup and sour cream; pour over chicken. Top with stuffing.
- Bake at 375°F for 35 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
