Working in Sales at Kraft Foods

The Kraft Foods North America Sales organization is more than 30 National, Area and Geographic teams comprised of sales representatives, managers, and others who work together to meet the needs of food retailers and customers across the United States and Canada. Our Sales professionals are dedicated to building profitable long-term relationships with our customers and delivering superior customer and consumer value.

We have three distinct business systems through which we sell our products, which provides an unparalleled opportunity gain experiences that will help build your professional portfolio of skills.

As a new member of Sales you would enter as a sales representative and spend most of your time working with customers as you distribute, sell, promote and merchandise Kraft Foods products. You also would be responsible for executing company promotions, meeting inventory needs and for monitoring the competitive activity within the region.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for graduates with a bachelor's degree in a business-related field that are highly motivated self-starters. We strive to have a diverse sales group whose backgrounds, perspectives and experiences reflect that of our customers.

You must be uniquely prepared to work independently yet function successfully as part of a team. You also must have excellent interpersonal skills and leadership abilities. Many of our new employees also have had some retail experience, which gives them insight to customer needs. Furthermore, we expect our sales representatives to have a broad-based business perspective so that they understand the various aspects of our business.
