The Human Resources (HR) Team

Kraft Foods HR includes generalists supporting the different functions and business groups, and specialists devoted to a particular discipline of Human Resources. Many of these positions are located in our Manufacturing or Sales field locations.

HR professionals at Kraft Foods are integral members of business teams, providing leadership for key business decisions that impact the organization. Generalists are responsible for all aspects of Human Resources for their business groups, while Specialists provide expertise in such areas as Benefits, Compensation, Labor Relations, Diversity, Management Development, and Staffing.

Many Human Resources professionals begin as generalists in assignments at one of our field locations, and manage day-to-day employee relations, participate on business teams, projects and counsel employees and managers.

Our manufacturing and sales areas have our largest employee population and have more than half of our HR team working in these areas.
