1/3 cup butter, melted
1-1/4 cups HONEY MAID Graham Cracker Crumbs
2 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 apple, peeled, sliced
1/4 cup PLANTERS Sliced Almonds
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
3 Tbsp. sugar

MIX butter and crumbs; press onto bottom and up side of 9-inch pie plate.
BEAT cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and vanilla in large bowl with mixer until well blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating just until blended after each. Pour into crust; top with apples and nuts. Mix cinnamon and 3 Tbsp. sugar; sprinkle over cheesecake.
BAKE 40 min. or until center is almost set. Cool completely. Refrigerate 3 hours.

This was a big hit with my family and company. Wonderful blend of flavors. This is a keeper!

So delicious! I make this for all our family and friend get togethers and now it's requested! I also drizzle carmel over the top of it. For a lighter cheesecake this can be made with splenda and neufatchel cheese and it still has great flavor!! A must try!
