Choosing is easy!

If you've ever had trouble finding foods your family loves and that are also better for them, you don't have to worry anymore. The Sensible Solution Program from Kraft now makes it easy! Just look for the Sensible Solution flag on the front of Kraft products and you may be surprised to find that your favorite cookies or salad dressings also come in smart, sensible options.

What does it mean?

Whenever you see the Sensible Solution flag, you'll know that product meets specific, "better-for-you" nutrition criteria. Sensible Solution-qualifying products either have a specific nutrition benefit - high in calcium or fiber, for instance - or are reduced in nutrients such as calories, fat or sodium. Within the flag, you'll find specific nutrition information about the product to further help you make the choice that is right for you and your family.

Who decides?

Because we care for you, a team of experts has worked hard to determine which products deserve the Sensible Solution flag. Our nutrition criteria are based on the 2005 US Dietary Guidelines, as well as those established by the Food and Drug Administration and other public health authorities. We made it simple, so you don't have to be a scientist to understand why they're better for you.
